Overview of the
Living Fully Retirement Workshop Series
Welcome
As part of The Curiosity Movement, my primary intention behind this series of non-financial retirement workshops is to create community with people who are curious about what is possible and intentional about life going forward. After years of coaching leaders and retirees and then semi-retiring, I long to create community and space for people to dialog and discover. I am part of similar small communities and cherish the openness, support and challenges they bring me.
This series is non-therapeutic and non-directive. The general flow for each workshop includes an opening, interactive reflective activity, time to process and share with one or two others, and synthesize learning as a group. You will leave with an action or question that you design for yourself and wish to carry on until the next workshop.
Your success is not measured by outcomes or plans—but by increased connection with yourself and possibly others, renewed curiosity, and greater self-trust. Tangible plans are options that will be offered along the way. You choose what is most meaningful and useful for you. Mostly, I hope that you meet a person or people who you want to stay connected with after the series is over.
I look forward to being with you and supporting you,
Jean
